Chocolate comes in so many shapes, sizes, types and recipes that it’s tempting to try them all. First, you need to decide if you want dark, milk or white With so much variety available, figuring out what to buy can be a head-scratcher.

Champagne and sparkling wines are too acidic to pair well with milk or dark chocolate. Try pairing bubbly with white chocolate and red wine with dark.
