Sustainability - Mondelez International

Mondelez International

Mondelez International, formerly a division of Kraft Foods, is committed to the sector and wants to see cocoa-growing regions and their farmers prosper. The company has invested over $70 million to date - $10 million alone in 2012 – with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, International Cocoa Initiative, and World Cocoa Foundation. In 2008 they launched the Cadbury Cocoa Partnership with government, NGO, farmer and business input to develop thriving rural cocoa communities and empower communities to take ownership of the cocoa they can produce and reduce child labor in farming families. Mondelez continues to work to increase the incomes of households with at-risk children and improve educational access for all children. www.mondelezinternational.com
