Chocolate Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup whole milk (lower fat versions can be substituted)
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream

Directions:

  1. Place the milk and ice cream in the blender.
  2. Process until smooth, then pour into a glass and garnish with fresh fruit or nuts.
